We were a family of four with grown-up "kids" (20 and 16 years old). We spent the week in between Christmas and the new year. The environment around the property is amazing; it doesn´t matter whether it is summer or winter. The attention from Mrs. Tatiana was outstanding; she was so attentive and smiley. The facilities are really amazing. The breakfast was superb; everything was really fresh. We will return for sure.

Aquest hotel està situat en una casa del segle XVII, que ha estat restaurada, al centre de Santillana del Mar. L'establiment és acollidor i d'estil rústic. Location was great as was breakfast. Excellent orange juice! Room was larger than usual even though it was a triple room. Staff made everything possible to make us feel at home and gave us plenty of information. They even drove us to the Neocueva because the taxi would take too long, that is great service!!!
