I’ve seldom seen such care and attention to detail from staff. They truly are exemplars of hospitality. Upon handing over my keys to the valet, I did not have to carry my own luggage until my departure. My partner and I were greeted by customer relations upon on entering reception. We were immediately offered a choice of complimentary tea, coffee, or champagne. While we were enjoying our drinks, they gave us a detailed explanation of the resort and it’s facilities. The breakfast selection offered by the on-site restaurant was limited, however all the menu items were on point. On top of their a la carte items, they also served a phenomenal Turkish breakfast. It’s also worth mentioning that their lunch and dinner service was just as good. You could ask a question to any staff member about anything and they would either run off to find the right person to help you with your request or escort you to your destination. I experienced this first hand, when I requested help in finding a beach chair and towels. The resort also has a stage for live performances by DJs and bands. It kind has a night club vibe and the party continues late night.

The property was expansive and spotless which meant that we never felt crowded out. The swimming pools are all connected with sunning chairs lined up on both sides. We never had issues finding seating for our group. The resort is huge with lots of amenities to entertain any age group. The children in our group used the water park, and the adult water slides were also popular. The game room offered lots of entertainment including billiards and ping pong. Seating at the beach was also spacious. We loved the food and the setup.The choices were excellent- fruits, vegetable, salads and other choices were amazing. There is lots of seating indoors and outside. Food selections were wide-ranging and met the varied needs of our group. We also made use of the snack bar close to the beach which offered plenty of food choices. We all loved our coffee/tea time at the patisserie. The bars were always accessible with wonderful staff and drinks. There is plenty of seating inside and out to socialize with friends- we were a group of 25 and had plenty of room to meet up. The resort staff across all disciplines were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were struck by the amount of cleaning. The resort was spotless. The front desk was always helpful and helped organize a bus for 17 on the day of our departure.

Was so nice in a la carte restaurant! So beautiful spa area. Very very interesting to walk in hotel area! I liked also cats everywhere! So nice that hotel allows them to be there! Many places for eating at any time, different and nice food in the main restaurant. I really liked ice-cream in bakery cafe. Really enjoyed it!! Thank you! That was incredible staying in your hotel!

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very kind and Friendly specially the receptionist, her name was Merve she helped us through all our stay, other barmen and waiters were so great too including Hossein in the bar and Seçim in restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we had to do is to enjoy our trip and the staff took care of all other things.
