The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping does amazing job! Breakfast was superb , very tasty and everyday something new. Coffee at the restaurant is also worth mentioning. Rooftop pool is also very nice detail. Location is very convenient.

New, modern hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The members of the staff were just amazing, very friendly, and willing to assist you with whatever you may need. Would definitely return.

I rarely write reviews but this time I really had to. We did last minutes changes to our travel plans and switched hotels to Demo, and I'm so happy we did. To highlight a few things that were great about our stay is hard, because there simply were so many. First of all the first impression we got after booking the hotel was excellent. We had som questions and the staff answered quickly. We then got to check in online which gave us quick and supereasy access to our room and all the facilities. We were bringing dogs, and they got to stay free of charge, and were met with a welcome dinner and food bowls. We've been beyond happy with our stay, and of all the hotels I've stayed at this one has a shared first place. I would choose to stay anywhere else if demo is available. We even changed our travel plans to be able to stay a bit longer. - big, spacious suites - everything you can wish for in the room - interesting design, we got a room that also serves as a private gym. Interior design buffs are going to love this place. - parking available free of charge - everything in the hotel is free: coffee, cold drinks, laundry machine. - the staff brought us baked goods for breakfast. - nice common area with stuff to do for the creative minds. - Beach 2 min walk - plenty of restaurants in the area Bonus for those with dogs: - Park right outside with loads of dog friends, and an enclosed dog area. - pets stay free of charge - welcome dinner for the 4 legged. Again, we've been so happy with our stay. Our compliments to the owners, you've done a great job, this truly is a place with a great concept, we felt right at home.

I wish I could give more than 10 points. This appartment and Matteo as a host are way beyond my expectations and set a new standard for my full mark evaluations on any platform. Everything was simply amazing. To say it was clean is an understatement. Matteo has an eye for detail and we instantly felt comfortable. The appartment is spacious and has all the essentials and amenities one needs. The beds are comfortable and the two seperate toilets are an added bonus. It was nice to have a laundry mashine and the rainshower was high enough for me to fit under (1,96cm/6'4). I would like to repeat myself when it comes to how clean the place was. I have never booked an appartment this clean before! Additionally, the location is brilliant if you want to visit Rimini but don't care for the hustle and bustle of the hotel strip close to the beach. From this appartment it is a 5-10min walk to the old town and a 20 min walk through the park to the beach. We stayed here during off season and can really recommend this time of year. From what we could tell Rimini is a place for the masses during peak season.

the staff was extremely accommodating. The air-condition was not functioning properly in the room they gave me at check in. The staff switched my room to another with a partial sea view. They could not be any nicer.
