Our room was spectacular, with stunning views in two directions, beautifully appointed and decorated. Breakfast was perfect every day 7 days in a row. Sharon and Nigel were so friendly and anticipated our needs and wants. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in day and night. It's a 6-7 minute walk to the beach, 12 minutes to the Falmouth University campus, and 15 minutes to many of the great restaurants in town.

Loved this cottage had everything you needed it was very comfortable. Loved the table set for tea and a handmade banana cake was just what we needed after a long drive. The cottage was in an excellent position for the shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk downhill coming back up it gave me a good workout ! Ralph the host was amazing great communication he recommended some places to go. The added bonus of a space in the garage was great bonus we left the car there mostly and walked everywhere the garage was a bit tight no problem for a few nights as we were the only car in there. Would love to stay again one day.

The host was welcoming but reserved which I appreciated. I am not a fan of a lot of chit chat. She was very friendly and open to my constructive criticism of the shower in the room. One night there was no hot water at all and she accepted that information without defensiveness and said she'd check into it. Breakfast was very filling and well presented.

fabulous sea views from 3 rooms, high spec and beautifully decorated rooms, bathrooms looked virtually new and very stylish. Great to have parking space in centre of Falmouth very close to property.
