We have just stayed here for 7 nights and have had the most amazing week. We come to Perranporth every year and have always wanted to stay in The Dunes and it exceeded pur expectation. It's 2 minutes to the beach which was great for the dogs. The apartment was amazing, very clean and great facilities. Caroline & Adam were also very helpful. Thank you for a great week!

Lovely property, loads of storage which helped the property feel spacious even with all our own stuff. Having a bath and shower felt luxurious for the size of accommodation. We had been left a lovely welcome package, with local produce which we were very grateful for. Clear instructions for entry and nice and close to town centre.

Not 5 star luxury, but you won't find anything better in Perranporth at the same price. Owners were lovely and made everything really easy. Apartment was bright and peaceful, also everything was easy to use (heating, appliances shower etc). Location is perfect, pretty much in the village, walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, parking and a sea view (having stayed in Perran lots, usually only get all 3 of those things when paying a lot of money)!

So many great little quirks with this stay. Waking up from the chickens and ducks clucking about, Betty the friendly dog looking for a good scratch. The tents themselves were cozy and had nice touches. Solar powered fairy lights to give a soft light in the night, power banks to recharge your phones etc. The glitter shitter, a completely eco friendly, compost toilet! Surprisingly great shower! A kitchen made from waste materials, the whole thing was brilliant!

The friendliest of welcomes at a beautiful property set on a hill above Perranporth, which is a 10 minute walk away. The owners couldn't have done any more to be more welcoming. The facilities are second to none, with generous rooms and great bathrooms. There are two public rooms too (a sitting room and a bar) for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was superb.

Breakfast was fantastic and well presented. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The only small issue was a small bathroom in the room with a see through window. Bathroom too tight and small for a en-suite
