An amazing, memorable stay. Chris was an incredibly hospitable host, served delicious breakfast and kindly drove us through the first on the first day to drop us off at a nearby town as well as to the station on our departure. He made us feel very much at home there and the room was spacious, clean and super comfy. 100% would return and highly recommend.

The location was peaceful and a short walk into the forest. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and it was cosy and comfy. Bedding, towels and kitchen equipment were of a high quality. There were games, books and jigsaws. Hand wash at every sink. A welcoming bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch.

Langford Farmhouse is a very special place. A stunning house in a beautiful setting. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect place to spend time as a family. Sarah was hugely welcoming and it was a real joy to experience farm life and freshly laid eggs every day. The location is perfect with a really wide range of interesting places to visit all within a half hour drive. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

The staff were so friendly and professional too.

The staff were friendly and inviting and Lisa was superb, happy and chatty and very welcoming. The garden at the back a hidden little gem with birds and chickens and loads of pretty flowers all around. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels but the stag beats them all. will be booking again for next year and for longer, had the best sleep as the bed was so comfortable you didn’t want to get up.

Despite overlooking a main road the bedroom was very quiet. The breakfasts were superb and beautifully presented. The proprietors are both friendly and professional.
