Dave and Joanne were extremely hospitable and showed us great care as their guests. We were well looked after and would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting the beautiful town of Bude.

The location was perfect, so near to the town centre, and fine to walk to the beach. It was quiet which is important to me, particularly at night. The facilities were good with a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of kitchen equipment. I liked the bathroom layout with a bath and separate shower with plenty of windowsill space to put toiletries.

The staff were brilliant and gave us the best service. It was luxurious and the master bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. We had a hot tub and upstairs seating/viewing platform. We had a large tv in the living room and a tv in the master bedroom. All in all I couldn’t fault either the property or the resort.

I was expecting to have to rough it a little in a gypsy caravan, but the outdoor bath, cooking facilities, and our own toilet made it really comfortable. The setting was amazing, our own little lake, with rowing boat and paddle board to go out on the water with! The location was great, the hosts were amazing. I honestly cant see how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars
