Perfect short break for a couple of friends. Lovely location, nice places to eat nearby recommended by the host, only a short drive to Ashbourne and close to the Dovedale walks. Property was cosy with a fire, very clean and had everything we needed, the basket of goodies on arrival was a lovely touch too. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it!

Perfect location, comfortable, clean and everything you need for a getaway break. The generous welcome basket was full of delights with milk in the fridge. The cosy log fire was a bonus in the evening. Ample parking next to the accommodation. Great host with plenty of wildlife, especially the Hare.

We were advised prior to stay to book our evening meal as they are busy on Fridays. They certainly were! This did not stop quality of food and service.
