Carol the host was incredibly kind and helped us so much by setting us up with Georges, a fantastic driver that took us everywhere we wanted to go at a reasonable price. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of nice touches that drew on the lovely Arle and Provence ambiance. We can't wait to go back and stay there again!

The location was just outside central Arles, but an easy 50minute walk into the centre through countryside. The hotel was clean with great amenities and a very caring staff - can’t fault in any way. Superbly run and fairly priced.

This was a beautiful house to stay in. The building is stately and elegant, our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and attractively decorated, the breakfast on the terrace was excellent (including homemade baked custard and traditional cake, as well as cheeses, fruit, varieties of bread etc.) but most of all Natalie was a superb host who went above and beyond to help, advise and look after us exceptionally well!

Very cool apartment in a great location, close to everything the old town has to offer. The styling and design was vibrant and the facilities were minimalist-chic. Priscilla was a great host who communicated well and was very responsive and supportive. She gave us excellent advice about restaurants and boulangeries, and told us about the amazing Provençal festival that we were so fortunate to experience on the day of our arrival.

It is difficult to describe the feeling but this was one of the best experiences we have had with hospitality in a hotel. The service was splendid, but with a warmth and authenticity you cannot train and seldom find in even 5 star deluxe properties. Our sincere thanks to the amazing team at La Muette - one day we will come back.

Price to quality ratio is great. Rooms are very good (first had comfort room, then suite), nice pool, quite location, pretty good restaurant in the hotel. Ok breakfast. Nothing really to complain, 5-10 years ago this has probably been close to 5 stars.

The location is perfect: close to the centre ad the train station. It is a very very reasonably priced hotel. Do not expect 5 star luxury but it did what was exactly required and the staff were very helpful
