Absolutely brilliant holiday - the Villa is fabulous and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We all had a really good time especially the children (ages 3,4,7,8) - they thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Exceptional private villa in a perfect location. 20 mins drive from the airport, in a quieter part of the Maspolomas area. The villa is perched high up on a hill overlooking San Augustin and with a great view of the sea beyond. Bars, restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive, or a pleasant 10 - 20 minute walk. The owners are a pleasure to deal with - very communicative and supportive throughout your stay. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped with everything one could need - including smart-house controls - and high end fixtures and fittings throughout (2x Bose entertainment systems with surround sound, PS5 games console, Weber gas BBQ, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc,). TV wise the system caters for most nationalities, with most major European and USA channels represented in FHD (including all the major sports offerings). WiFi is strong (and fast) throughout the property. The patio/pool/sun longer area have breathtaking views out to sea and down onto the town - and are simply stunning!

It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The complex was quiet and felt private and secure. There views to the sea from the balcony and the sound of the sea made sitting there day or evening wonderful. Our host was amazingly helpful and also does massages at the apartment which we booked and would thoroughly recommend. Supermarkets within easy walking distance, 3 mins from the bus stop and a restaurant nearby too. 15 min walk along the sea from to Behia Feliz is worth a visit, lots of restaurants and gift shops in a pretty location or 2 min (1 stop) on the bus.

Excellent house on the seashore. Quiet neighborhood, but with access to the infrastructure of a small town- great starting point for exploring the whole island. Comfortable for a family of 5 - we did not miss anything during our stay. Very communicative and responsive owner. Although we did not see each other even once we felt taken care of.
