The hotel is completely new - just opened a few months ago. So everything is clean and undamaged. The decor is tasteful, the location is great. The hotel is built on an empty plaza that sits above a parking garage and mall - that in itself is not particularly inspiring. But it is just a few minute walk from Gascona, the main restaurant and sidreria street in Oviedo. The staff were all super friendly and gave us tips for what to do in the area. We took a nice walk up the hills around the town to see some of the pre-Roman churches there, which offered great views of the city as well.

Superb apartment and pictures are exactly as the apartment is. Everything was top notch. Less than ten minutes walk to the centre and everything was within walking distance. Could not find anything we didn’t like like. Hope to stay there in the future. Really good value for the cost. Would not hesitate to recommend the host or the apartment! Bus to airport less than ten minutes walk away and takes about 35 minutes.

On site garage a big plus but be aware it is for smaller cars. Large eat in kitchen. Sunny. Quiet. Supermarket about 5 mins away by foot and 3 more a bit further. If you want restaurants you have a 10 minute walk to a restaurant area where you can get traditional fare in bar settings. If you want more upscale then you will need to drive. We need to be local but for tourism you will need to get a bus/taxi/drive to the centre.
