Perfect location (we were staying for 5 days and were travelling around the land all the time). Perfect host, very helpful. Absolutely new apartment, even smells new. New amenities, new matrasses (awesome), second floor (but not extreemly high stairs). Great kitchen with everything you need. Netflix (free). Balcony. Clean. Very quiet street. Highly recommend

Absolutamente todo...!!! La casa es maravillosa, la decoracion, la limpieza, la ubicación (está en el mismo centro) por lo que todo lo tienes súper cerca, la zona comercial, los supermercados, los restaurantes (almorzamos en Pizza Pasta Please, que esta justo al alojamiento y nos trataron estupendamente). El alojamiento también tiene lavadora y secadora, teníamos cafetera y capsulas, infusiones, las camas súper cómodas, smart TV de Phillips con Ambilight, con acceso a Netflix, etc.. La cocina esta totalmente equipada, no te falta de nada. El anfitrión (Dino) fue extraordinario, en todo momento siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros por WhatsApp, cualquier cosa que necesitáramos nos contestaba enseguida. Hemos hecho un recorrido por Europa de 12 días, y sin duda alguna las 4 personas que nos quedamos en este alojamiento, coincidimos en que esté fue el mejor. También leo en algún comentario anterior que hubieron problemas con el wifi, el propietario ya lo ha arreglado y funciona de maravilla, va muy rápido y no tuvimos ningún problema con el sistema de apertura automática de las puertas, así que es un problema del pasado que ya está subsanado. Sin duda alguna lo recomendamos a todo el que nos lea, y si volviéramos a Düsseldorf nos volveríamos a alojar aquí. GRACIAS POR TODO DINO....!!!

Everything was perfect! Excellent Location: less than 9 mins walking distance from the HBF. Sorrounded by different types of Restaurants, and very easy to locate. Although located in a very busy area, because of presence of restaurants and shops, the inside of the apartment is completely calm, serene and insulated, such that one can barely hear a sound from the outside. This Apartment is probably one of the biggest one-bed room apartment I have used and I must admit that the value worth’s much more than I paid for it. The living room for example is clean, modern,very spacious and elegant, very well organised and furnished, with a gigantic SMART TV, a functional air conditioner, super comfortable couch and chair. Same impression goes with the the Kitchen although I ordered most of my Meals which got delivered right in front of my Door. The Bathroom offered a big bath tub, also very clean and spacious. The Room was for me the highlight of It all, it felt like I was at home, very clean, quite spacious yet very cozy. The bed and pillows are perfect. Also, in the room was another smart TV for a comfort viewing. I am impressed on how the Host paid attention to the tiny details that most overlook, that ended up making my stay here even more comfortable. In addition, the Host proved to be very responsive, resourceful and hospitable, as every message I sent across was replied to me immediately until I successfully checked in, the Host then followed up with additional messages to check up and ensure I had no problems. It was a wonderful stay here, and I can only wish that it remains at an affordable rate when next I visit.

„Beautiful modern apartment located almost in the centre of Dusseldorf. Apartment is fully equipped so it is also suitable for longer stays. Rooms were clean and cozy. There is train station nearby. It is really easy to get there from the airport. We had a great stay and would recommend this accommodation!“

Very nice and clean, small and cosy apartment within walking distance of the old city. The garage and the parking space is very conveniently located close to the elevator. The apartment has everything you will need, and even more, like for example a great view over the river.
