Our garden cottage was absolutely beautiful. Maureen has done an amazing job decorating the place. It felt so luxurious. I wish we were able to stay more than one night. The bed was very comfortable. There were so many special little touches that Maureen had provided. Such attention to detail. You can tell it has been a labour of love. This is a perfect place to stay when flying into or out of Hobart as it is only 20 minutes from the airport. The little town of Richmond is gorgeous. Allow a few hours to visit the shops. Especially recommend the gift/craft/art shop which sells the works of local artists. Amazing stuff and good prices. Also the lollie shop, bakery and the pub are great. Cottage is easy walk to shops & pub. Next time we would stay 2 nights to really appreciate the cottage and the town.

The place was perfectly clean and has all the amenities you would want for a relaxing time. We had the salmon and cheese platter as dinner, and they prepared it with so much care and love, was just perfect... And also was the breakfast. We got a wine tasting while Loretta showed us the winery and that was the cherry on top, we can't recommend enough this place 8/5 stars!
