If you’d rather take the Metro, Plaza Del Sol station is less than a 5 min walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants and markets nearby as well. Paula’s communication before and throughout the stay was superb and check-in with Jorge was a breeze. The water pressure in the shower was strong and felt great after an international flight and spending long days sightseeing and walking. Had a great stay!

The apartment was right next to the puerta de Alcalá , in the corner of the Retiro Park, 5 min walk to gran via (literally) Anca is so sweet and amazing ! The hotel staff are super nice and always helpful , The breakfast is good and will give you a good start , There is a pub next door and restaurants. This place was perfect for our family , we are a family of 5 so it wasn’t easy finding a safe apartment with the customer service of a hotel .

Location again was fantastic and really worth the stay, although it could be a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected in the heart of Madrid. Also on the metro line directly from Chamartine railway station. Also same line to get to the Bernabeu stadium for Real Madrid match. We were also able to walk to the Gran Via and Plaza del Sol. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
