We booked just by coincidence because we needed an overnight place whilst travelling far, but now we plan to come back there un purpose for a next free weekend with friends. DANKUWEL.

El Hoeve de Mertel es una posada situada en una granja de ovejas, a 20 minutos en auto de Tilburg. Ofrece conexión de wifi gratis y una tienda de productos agrícolas en un entorno rural tranquilo. Our host Hannah-Laura was lovely and very helpful during our stay. We were only there for 2 nights as we visited Efteling and the drive was only 15-20 minutes to get there by car. The accommodation is a good size and our attic family room looked out over the fields and caravan park. The views reminded us of a Van Gogh painting. In the evenings the place was quiet and the attic room was the perfect place to just chill out and chat. It was warm and cosy and the breakfast room ample with all the facilities you'd expect from a self-catering experience. The local town had a supermarket called Plus about 10-15 minutes away by car.
