We were 10th floor and the view of the marina and Castle was fantastic 👌 We never made it to breakfast but had buffet dinner one evening and that was really nice. Food was fresh and tasty and chef cooked your meat once you'd chosen what you wanted. The pool area and bar were lovely. We had a swim and it was cold to get in but once in was lovely and refreshing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here.

From the beginning when we were offered a welcome drink, the stay just got better and better. The staff are so lovely, the room was large and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool was an added bonus. The hotel is very close to the beautiful streets of the Old Town. When we needed a taxi to other parts of Palma, the hotel promptly ordered one for us. Such a beautiful hotel. We would love to return.

The rooms were spacious and the entire hotel was always clean! Good facilities - shop on site, an outdoors bar that is open quite late with very affordable cocktails. The breakfast and dinner was great 😍😍 The staff were very friendly and accommodating.They left champagne for us in the room to celebrate a friend’s birthday. 30 minute from the centre by bus which costs 2 euros for a single trip.

However, good size and clean. Highlights for us were the pool and bar areas. The staff who covered the outdoor bar/ pool couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly. Location is good, 20 min walk to the sea front and cathedral area. 40 min walk right into the centre, we didn’t mind this at all. Overall would stay again.

The innovative plant-led restaurant was an unexpected bonus. We really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely, quiet garden terrace at the rear of the property and making use of its outdoor heated pool - in April.
