There is a magnificent garden with roses and fruit trees right under the windows of the apartment. Open the huge windows wide open and let in the fresh breeze from the sea. It is very close - a minute from home! The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, 2 full bathrooms and 2 balconies, one of which is just huge - 30 sq m! The entire area of ​​the apartment is 136 m. There is enough space for everyone! Our apartment is located in a club residence, which is accessed by a magnetic key. There are no strangers and no atmosphere of permissiveness like in a hotel. You will be surrounded by well-mannered pleasant people. You do not need to get up early in the morning to take up free space on the sun loungers of the pool. In general, you will not have to fuss and run somewhere. But at the same time, you will have all the amenities of a 5-star hotel.
