Hi, I’m Sebastian. I was born in Georgetown Guyana and now resides in the “Beautiful By Nature” Turks and Caicos Islands for the past 12 years. Now in my 30s, I recently left my job as a Marketing and Sales Manager to start a Vacation Rental and Property Management Company. I’m fun and easy going and really love meeting new people. I have a passion for traveling and exploring new and exciting places. My favorite things in the world are boating and sports. I especially love the outdoors and camping. Oh, and I love dominoes! Chalk Sound is the location of many affluent private homes and mansions. It typically features one of two spectacular views: to the north over the tiny islands and brilliant turquoise waters of the inland lagoon, or to the south over the Caicos Banks. Chalk Sound is nearly landlocked, yet a winding channel does connect it to the ocean and Caicos Banks off the south of Providenciales. The main attraction for most visitors is sightseeing by road on the southern side, or as a kayaking and paddle boarding destination. Minutes away are the stunning Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches where the blue glistening water put on breathtaking shows to remind you that life’s too short for anything less.
