Five miles of pure white sandy beach await you with a fresh tropical breeze coming off the water with little of no humidity. You will be surprised by the comfort level and amenities we have strived to perfect over the years. Newly renovated kitchen, Living Room, Master Bedroom and Living Room await you. Outside shower recently installed to allow you to rinse of the oceanic salt water and relax in comfort.... In house car rentals and water sports equipment such as Kayaks and Standup Paddle Boards, Peddle boat and motorized flats boats and a newly arrived Dinghy will surely add to your enjoyment and exploration of our island. We offer the 3rd largest coral reef structure in the entire world. The best part is that this reef formation is just a 1/2 mile offshore with many many coral outcroppings located and fully accessible directly from our shore unlike any other island in this archipelago. It's been 32 years since my father Richard Zebo of Naples, Florida first landed on the shores of the Turks & Caicos Islands. His lifelong dream was to own a piece of the rock as they say, a piece of land in a distant and yet not too far away Caribbean Island. His trip to Turks and Caicos resulted in a love affair that far exceeded any expectations he might have had after visiting a dozen or so islands in the Caribbean and West Indies. He dropped anchor because he had found everything he had ever wanted. An ocean full of fish and creatures just waiting to be fed or photographed. An island full of some of the friendliest people in the hemisphere and land still reasonably priced and affordable to many families. 32 years later, here I am attempting to follow in my father's footsteps and share a little bit of the paradise he created with the world. The Royal Hideaway townhouses is my father's testament to his love and dedication to the future of Middle Caicos and it's residents and guests.
We are the largest yet least inhabited island in this island archipelago with only 300 full time residents. That is starting to change now that we have a causeway linking us to North Caicos, Restaurants, Grocery stores and Building materials. 8 new houses are planned for this coming year alone in addition to several new villas, both on and off the beach as well as a magnificent Townhouse complex, the Royal Hideaway... Come and enjoy this piece of paradise long before it is truely discovered. At one time we were a hideaway for the rich and famous but with celebraties such as Bruce Willis, Donna Karan and Cindy Crawford moving virtually next door, this serenity wont last long. We sold over 160 lots in past 6 years and so we have truly been discovered. Not only do you get the opportunity to enjoy our hidden paradise if even for a short while, we offer you an opportunity to virtually get 50% of your rental monies back as a partial deposit if you buy one of our many beautiful lots ..
