Stylish apartment just 500m from downtown Queenstown. Recently refurbished with new top quality beds, linen and furniture. The ideal choice for two singles, a couple and couples traveling together seeking a well-appointed, self-contained 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment only 5 mins walk to the lake and downtown. All bedrooms have their own en-suite and the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living space, laundry facilities, balcony & patio with distant lake and great mountain views. The apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and the second downstairs bedroom has a super king. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and side tables. The en-suite features shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail, mirror and tiled underfloor heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and crockery. Kitchen appliances include coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, cook top, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The apartments has free laundry facilities. The living area features large leather couch and reclining leather chair, writing desk, Smart T.V air conditioner and patio with outdoor seating.
