Beautiful warm home in sunny Frankton, Queenstown. Brand new kitchen and lounge area with central heating from heat pumps throughout the home. 8 minute walk to Queenstown International/Domestic Airport, 2 minute walk to Frankton shopping centre where there is cafes and restaurants. The prefect stay for family or friends wanting to stay in a warm cosy house. This house a large single story home with a flat section and has plenty of sunshine hours. Beautiful views of the Remarkable range. The house has a central heat pump system installed in the bedrooms to keep them warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A heat pump unit warms the living area. A large family bathrooms boasts a spa-bath and shower with a separate toilet. This home offers a double garage for storage of skis or bikes and off street parking for three vehicles.
Your hosts are long term locals who live off-site but very close by, and can be contacted by phone, email or message We respect our guest's privacy so will not bother our guests with idle chit-chat
