The region offers beautiful walking routes, through the forest (2 km) or along the lake (5 km). A visit to the center of Groenlo (70 m) is also worthwhile, as is a day in Winterswijk, Bredevoort, Doetinchem, Enschede, Zutphen or even Germany (6.6 km to the border).
