I kind of provided my own meals, but the vending machine had what I needed and there was a common area where we could all dine commonly, it was safe and easy to find, and surrounding area made you familiar with the new land, I am a safety-hick.

Everytime I am staying the staff is very nice, kitchen is open late enough for everyone to prepare their meals. The price is surprisingly low considering the distance to Amsterdam.

The staff are so nice and supportive. I forgot to bring my charger and didn't have cash to pay for the padlock from the vendor machine, the staff helped me find a spare charger and padlock and my problems were gone instantly. I couldn't have enjoyed the trip so much without them! A huge thank you to you! The rooms are separate. Each one has their privacy. The shared bedroom was so big that noise from further compartments was hard to hear. People at the hostel were so nice to talk to. I enjoyed chatting with Alexander and other people. Apologize I couldn't remember other people's names. I had a nice sleep in the last two days of my stay. It was well worth the money. The location is good, well connected by public transport. There are pubs outside the hostel. People can enjoy the nights out without going far.
