Property info

It is a beautiful old building, only recently completely renovated from top to bottom in a modern but stylish way to maximize comfort and enjoyment. Rooms are on the first and second floor, accessible by stairs only. From us to you, in your room, you will find a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, a kettle to boil water for complimentary tea, and some sweets. Free parking is just several minutes from the property, but paid street parking is available in front and in the back of the property. Most of the time i will be here to personaly welcome you, but sometimes i am not able to greet you on arrival. In those cases, there is a key safe accessible with a code (which will be provided by text message) on the day of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: If the complete house is booked as a whole, including the kitchen and livingroom, we won't be offering and serving any breakfast options. Quiet hours: Out of respect for all guests, we have quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. This is so everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep. We do not allow people to come and go at all hours of the night. Entrance to the accommodation is therefore restricted between 00:00 and 06:00. Of course we are always willing to make exceptions, but please do let us know. We care too much about all of our guests' sleep.

Located on the historical Oranjepark (backside) and just an easy 4-minute walk from the Central station, this is the location for ultimate convenience.
