Everything was perfect! The location is amazing as its not too far away from amsterdam (15 minutes drive) and they also have a parking spot if you come with a car. The apartment itself is pretty big and nicely decorated. The scenery around the place is also amazing as its shows the beautiful green fields of this beautiful country with lots of wildlife roaming around the place (such as rabbits, chickens, horses, cows etc..). The breakfast served at the place is amazing and we really liked how it was delivered (in 2 big baskets full of goods) . And to sum it all up, we especially want to think Bram and Annelise who were awesome and really sweet towards us and really helpful and we hope to visit again sometime in the future :). We liked the quiet, rural location of the property. Our hosts were friendly and we enjoyed meeting their horses and eating their hens eggs at breakfast time. We are keen cyclists and the location was perfect for us to go off for the day cycling. Edam and Vollendam were a only a short car drive and we enjoyed visiting these towns for our evening meal.

From the 6th to the 13th of July 22 we stayed at this farm. The attic apartment is charming, 2 rooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Everything is tastefully furnished, clean and beautiful. The surrounding farm with the chickens and the host horses were lovely and added to the atmosphere. Every morning we received a wonderful breakfast in baskets at the door of the room. There is no doubt that this special place upgraded the whole atmosphere of the trip. warmly recommended. There is lots to like. Large and spacious apartment that was well decorated. It has air-conditioning and screens on the windows which was very useful. As we were on a 2 week driving / cycling holiday, the washing machine was really handy. The B&B is 45 mins by public transport to central Amsterdam. It is located in a beautiful rural setting which is peaceful and only 5 min drive to Monnickendam and 5-6km drive / cycle to Edam and Volendam. Fabulous and plentiful breakfast each morning of yogurt, fruit, muesli, breads, pastries, cheeses, eggs and meats. A nespresso machine for morning coffees. The hosts, Bram and Annelies, were really helpful and accessible when we needed advice but otherwise left us to explore the Amsterdam Environs. A truly great find for anyone on a driving or cycling holiday.

We had a wonderful time! Annelies and Bram are great hosts and very welcoming. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice, fruits, eggs from their own chicken and even vegetables from their own garden. The appartment is well located if you want to visit Amsterdam and other smaller cities but want to escape the busy city life.

The "Bed and Breakfast" actually consists of a single apartment that is located above a horse stable; the owners live just nearby. The apartment was as advertised, well-equipped, clean, with breakfast served every day directly to the room. The owners were nice and helpful. Great choice if you want to stay in the countryside, but close to the city.
