My flat is called Katsflat, which is one of the seven flats buildings around Europaplein. My room unit is on the 8th floor of the building, when you take the lift reaching the top floor you will have panoramic views of the city. There are two entrances to enter the building, one is on the front where you see the building’s name Katsflat, one is a bit hiding behind the building. For my guests, I suggest you to use the main entrance on the front, cause there is the intercom located, by ringing the intercom I will open the door for you. I rent my whole flat for you, I provide you with 80m2 space and free parking right downstairs. The flat is 900m from city center, I personally think it’s a good location to have a 10 minutes walk to the center, which keeps you fit and get beautiful sightseeing along the road. My flat attracts lots of short stays - one or two nights, however it is also popular for business travelers who stay for the weekdays. My guests so far are of all ages, so it’s hard for me to define my market target. I would say guests choose my flat simply because they want to have an astonishing city skyline view or to enjoy a tranquil heaven of peace and serenity. I carefully compared my flat with other lodging opportunities in Leeuwarden and set very reasonable price for it. On top of that I constantly improve my facilities and services. I appreciate guests’ reviews with detailed information that makes me easier to understand their points of view and makes my improvements quickly.
