This recently completely renovated apartment is located right behind the theater and the factorium / College of the Arts Fontys. We have preserved as many authentic elements as possible, such as the original stained glass door and the floor in the entrance. You will find everything here to spend a short or longer time. There are new king size beds plus bunkbeds for extra comfort. You can enjoy the sun in the private garden and you can park your bicycles there. The complete kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Additional house rules. Please make yourself aware of the following points before proceeding with making a booking. This creates the right expectations for a pleasant stay! - 24/7 camera surveillance in shared areas for your and our safety - Prostitution prohibited - Visitors are only welcome after consultation - The use and/or trading of drugs in or around the home is not permitted - Take the neighbors into account and respect the quiet times - The stained glass door cannot be closed further than as shown in the photo.
