The location was great. A 5 minute walk to Tilburg central. The apartment was spacious and it had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet so it's good for families.

This recently completely renovated apartment is located right behind the theater and the factorium / College of the Arts Fontys. We have preserved as many authentic elements as possible, such as the original stained glass door and the floor in the entrance. You will find everything here to spend a short or longer time. There are new king size beds plus bunkbeds for extra comfort. You can enjoy the sun in the private garden and you can park your bicycles there. The complete kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Additional house rules. Please make yourself aware of the following points before proceeding with making a booking. This creates the right expectations for a pleasant stay! - 24/7 camera surveillance in shared areas for your and our safety - Prostitution prohibited - Visitors are only welcome after consultation - The use and/or trading of drugs in or around the home is not permitted - Take the neighbors into account and respect the quiet times - The stained glass door cannot be closed further than as shown in the photo. Take the privacy circumstances into account - You have to walk through the second bedroom to enter the bathroom. - City noises + noises that come from the 1st floor apartment may occur when it is occupied. - Tourist tax is settled separately.
