Azuri Serviced Garden Appartment se situe dans un complexe hôtelier et immobilier de haut de gamme en bord de mer. L'appartement est situé dans un magnifique jardin exotique planté qu'avec des espèces endémiques de l'île Maurice. Il a été décoré soigneusement avec goût afin d'assurer un maximum de confort pour pour nos clients. L'appartement est situé en rez de jardin et le jardin privatif donne un espace de vie supplémentaire à nos clients. A 200 mètres de l'appartement se trouve l'hôtel 5 étoiles géré par le groupe Radisson Blue et les clients des résidences locatives peuvent bénéficier de tous les avantages de l'hôtel, certaines prestations seront facturées, telles que les Spa, les excursions dans le lagon et les sports nautiques et terrestre (courts de tennis et bientôt un golf à 9 trous). Faisant également partie du complexe hôtelier et accessible également aux clients des résidences on y trouve des piscines (dont une avec un bassin de 25 mètres), un café, une épicerie, des bars, quelques restaurants, quelques magasins et un distributeur à billets. L'hôtel organise des activités tout au long de la journée et en soirée (souvent de la musique en live).
L'appartement a été décoré selon le goût très personnel du propriétaire et qui a pris soin de le rendre le plus confortable possible pour les clients. L'appartement est loué avec les services d'une femme de ménage qui assure un service 4 heures par jour dès 9h30 le matin. Outre le ménage classique, elle peut également se charger de la lessive, du repassage et de la préparation de repas mauriciens. Il suffit de lui demander et de lui apporter les ingrédients et elle s'en chargera. Nous pouvons également organiser un transport de l'aéroport vers l'appartement et également vers l'aéroport. Pareillement, nous pouvons organiser une location de voiture par l'intermédiaire de ce même organisme de transport. Une personne assurera l'accueil et le départ des clients mais, au préalable, il faudra communiquer les informations concernant le vol et l'heure approximative d'arrivée à l'établissement. Par exemple, le chauffeur du taxi pourra tenir cette personne informée une fois que vous aurez pris place dans le taxi.
L'appartement est à 220 mètres de hôtel 5 étoiles géré par le groupe Raddison Blue. Le dimanche se tient un très grand marché couvert à l'entrée du village. Grand Baie se situe à 20 kms et l'aéroport à 65 kms. Des taxis sont à disposition à l'entrée de l'hôtel.
