Using an old wooden building on stilts as the reception and main eating area added to the charm. The hotel was like an oasis and retreat within a rural setting. Coming back to a relaxing pool made it a real treat after being out all day. The breakfast was fantastic - so tasty, healthy and with so many options. The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive - and were so keen to make our experience such a pleasant one.

It was super clean and equipped with everything we could wish for. The rooms had a view towards the pool. Since the pool area was nice and with a lot of plants you looked into the green. The food was also exquisite and although not a lot people were staying during the rain season/COVID the restaurant stayed open and we could get everything we wanted. Beds were super comfy and I had a great sleep!

What made it even better though was the staff. When we were accidentally dropped off in the completely wrong place by our bus driver, the hotel staff went above and beyond in making sure we got to the hotel safely, and helped us in contacting a driver to come pick us up. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and really made our stay here.MaiUnited Kingdom

Room was big, bed was very comfortable, everything nice and clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel staff polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I booked deluxe room and there were pictures of bathtub but when I arrived to hotel, there was no any bathtube in deluxe room. Thanks to management, they help me to change the room.
