[Information on hot spring facility renovation work]

Please note there will be renovation work on the public bath and private bath from May 7th to July 31st, 2024.

Please understand there there will be restrictions on the use of the public bath and private bath during the construction period. Please contact hotel directly if you have any questions.

Guests are kindly requested to indicate the mean of transportation to the property at the time of booking.

In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.

To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation in advance and call the property when you arrive at the Ogoto Onsen Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Guests with children must inform the property in advance of the number of children and their respective ages as different rates are applicable according to their age. Please note that facility fees apply to children using existing beds.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.

Please inform the property in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary needs.

For dinner-included reservations, a Japanese meal is served between 17:30 and 20:00.
