The house deserves a 5+ rating! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, the house itself is perfect for a large family, the garden provides wonderful shades for coffee and meals and the pool is great. The area is quiet but you're 15 minutes away from the busy coast villages, with restaurants, terraces and beaches to choose from. Excellent experience - we would recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable but very comfortable holiday in the Zadar region!

We loved the garden with roses, trees, sofa-arrangement and the fantastic pool. We enjoyed that this place was only for us. Ivan and his family were very kind and Ivan was easy to communicate with. We will recommend this to anyone who likes a private place with pool and a relatively big house with everything you need. The terrace and the shadowed garden was great. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

We had a fantastic stay, Ivan's family living in the neighbouring house were great host, they even provided us with some fresh vegetables from their garden. The house is larger than it seems by looking at photos. The place was spotless clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We truly enjoyed the beautiful garden and the pool.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Woche in Ivans Haus. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, richtig ruhig. Der Pool war sauber und groß genug für unsere beiden Kids. Die Zimmer in der Wohnung waren richtig geräumig. Ivan und seine Familie waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten gab es als Überraschung dazu. Auch bei einer Autopanne wurde uns super geholfen. Ivan war für uns stets erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Kommunikation. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir haben uns dort einfach richtig Wohlgefühl.

Das Haus ist für eine vierköpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend. Der Pool ist fantastisch: groß, sauber und morgens und abends auch im Schatten (Zeitraum: Ende August - Anfang September). Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, somit konnte man wunderbar entspannen. Ivan (unser Ansprechpartner) mit seine Familie und seine Eltern wohnen im Haus nebendran. Er spricht sehr gut Englisch und auch ein bisschen Deutsch. Wirklich alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nochmal ein Dankeschön an Ivan und seine Eltern! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf Grund der Größe, Pools, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
