Nicely furnished and equipped, newly built apartment, 40 m², in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on the 3rd floor of a low rise building, with a separate, private entrance to the floor available only to tenants of the building. In front of the building we provide you one private parking space. Also a the level -1 of the building there is an underground car garage with one more private parking space, from which you can reach the apartment by internal entrance. Both parking places are free of charge for you during your stay. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed 160/200, for two persons), spacious living room (with corner sofa able to pull-out), kitchen with dining room, balcony (with open view) and bathroom. Close to the accommodation, 50 meters away, there is a large supermarket ("Konzum", where you can buy your daily groceries), bakery, pharmacy, coffee bar. The bus stop is 50 meters away and from there you can take the bus number 6 (bus ticket costs about 1,5 euros) to reach city center within 15-20 minutes, where you can visit cultural sights such as „Diocletian's palace“ (1700 years old world heritage UNESCO), and „Park Forest Marjan“, one of the symbols of the city of Split, with a beautiful, vivid view of the city itself. Also, you can order Uber ride to the city center which will cost you about 5-6 euros. 200 meters from the building there is one of the biggest shopping centers in Dalmatia, "City Center One", and two bus stops from the building (but still within a walking distance, aprox. 1 km) there is another large shopping center "Mall Of Split" both with a number of shops and fast food restaurants (Mc'Donalds, Burger King, KFC, Chinese food, etc ...)
