Situated 1 km outside the village of Tylissos, Estate Kares offers traditional self-catering rooms. It features a pool and a well-equipped fitness room. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Kares units are warmly decorated and fully furnished. Each studio and apartment has its own kitchen and it is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player. Ktimakares Villas was a project that was completed in 2007. Karabinis Manuel, founder and director although bank employee saw the obvious, that's where born and grew up in an area of 50 acres, just outside the city of Heraklion, away from the noise of cities and mass tourism. It is a special place for rest and revitalisation both for him and for many visitors. Ktimakares - its name from the location of the area that says area with many walnut trees.
