In the heart of Zakynthos town, you will find our Ex Animo – Luxury Apartments Complex, a complex that is located within one of the most unique, privately owned neoclassical building on Zakynthos Island, radiating some of the old Zakynthian nobility. In this complex, there are 6 stylish and comfortable apartments recently renovated and fully equipped, that will cover all your everyday needs and more.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with blackout curtains, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person and in the kitchen you will find the dining area. Each studio can accommodate up to 2 people and consists of a single room with a double queen size bed, a living room and a kitchen, while it also has a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa and inside the kitchen you will find dining stools. Of course, you can enjoy your meals or your espresso in the comfortable outdoor dining area on the balcony. The balcony view varies from apartment to apartment but all provide the same high level of comfort in terms of amenities, from luxurious bathrobes to fully fitted kitchens. The apartments/studios are equipped with air conditioning for those hot summer days, hot water is available all day, a private WIFI line is available, as well as a 50 inch flat screen smart TV that supports Netflix. Please note that all floors are accessible by the building's elevator.
