The apartment is located in the center of Athens,, at No 86 Vassilis Sofias avenue, just opposite the American Embassy and Megaron Athens International Conference Center (MAICC). It is easy and convenient to visit the center and the popular sightseeing of Athens, only by walking or by using the metro (of course access to other public transportation is literally outside the door!). Taxis are always around the corner if needed (I hardly believe that you are going to need one). It is a small stylish apartment, exclusively used for holiday rental, just fully renovated and decorated! The apartment’s size is 40 square meters, with a private entrance. It has a contemporary design and is divided in three spaces: the living room with TV & fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom with spacious closets & office desk space and the bathroom. The double glazed windows face towards the small, beautiful, private patio, where you can enjoy a coffee & smoke! All spaces are comfortable, with quality & beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay. Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds in the living room for a third and a fourth person or a child.

I love travelling myself, so when travelling I want to stay in very clean accommodations, cozy, convenient to go around the city and with a number of amenities for me and my family! The same I want for my guests, as a host! I love cooking, so in the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, even to make a cake. However a hand made cake is waiting all of my guests!
The neighborhood is extremely safe as there is the American Embassy just opposite, and many other embassies down the avenue. There are plenty of Super Markets and convenience stores in the area; in Mavili square just next to the American Embassy or in Michalakopoulou str. Bars - Café: in Mavili square you will find plenty of bars & café. Mavili square is a popular nightlife destination mainly for Greeks. There is a “historical” bar called Briki where you will find a lot of people taking their drinks outside to the square. Also in Mavili square, there is a famous “cantina” with extremely popular Hot Dogs, that “nightlifers” use to eat after a few drinks. Another suggestion for a Restaurant - Bar is Baltazar (27, A. Tsocha str.) 5 min. walking distance from the apartment; one of the most renowned & legendary restaurant – bars in Athens, located in a beautiful, neoclassical style house, with a beautiful garden, where the famous actress Kiveli used to live. Agora restaurant & cafe is also close with nice dishes (at Alexandras ave.) 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
