Guests have use of a bathroom with shower upstairs and an additional toilet room on the ground floor. Also on the grand floor is the living room, larger than most in the properties of the area. It has two corner sofa beds for relaxing and napping in front of the TV. Loads of room left for the kids to play. The decor is modern-contemporary, thoughtfully designed and stunning. Again, the sea view from the sofa is amazing. Slight tweaks before your arrival means that the property suits romantic breaks as well as family holidays and you get custom treatment based on the circumstances of your getaway. SunRise Den is the perfect place for a winter escape too! BBQ facilities. The nearest restaurants/bars/coffee shops are 5 min walk from the Den and across the road from these is the beach. Supermarkets and shops are a very short drive away (less than 5 min drive). Beaches galore in town! One of the beaches you can take your dog to is only a few minutes on foot. Come see us! 5 min walk to beach and nearest restaurants On street parking - free, ample space even during high season 5 min drive to supermarkets and town centre. If you'd rather leave the car at home, a leasurily 15 min walk and you're in the centre of town with its promenade and numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Puerto de Mazarron is a pictoresc little town with many miles of beaches for every taste. There are also two beaches where dogs are allowed all year so you don't have to leave your beloved pet at home.
