RELAX IN A MAJESTIC 35,000 SQUARE METERS PRIVATE PLOT VILLA WITH IMPRESSIVE VIEWS This country house is an impressive property in an area of outstanding beauty. Located opposite a golf course in the proximity of Puerto del Carmen, where you can enjoy great views of the sea, and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is just a 10min drive from the airport. It has a large open air swimming pool where you can relax while contemplating nice views of the ocean, the golf course on the opposite side of the road or the coastal town nearby. The perfect place to enjoy a long breakfast or lunch under the porch or romantic dinners under the stars. The property surrounding the house is almost 9 acres of elegant design landscape, with many traditional walls built out of volcanic rock, offering great privacy to those customers who require it. You can enjoy nice walks between the many species of fruit trees within the property or a snack under the palm trees with the certainty of not been seen from the outside. The house has two very large double bedrooms with their own bathroom and two other double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All rooms are fitted with large in-built wardrobes and have their own independent access to the outside pool porch with espectacular views. Also another extra room is available for personal assistants. The property is also suitable for people with reduced mobility, being most of it accessible on a wheelchair and also one bathroom is adapted for disabled people.
