Modern and very comfortable apartment with all amenities. Nearby the Europa Fira Barcelona at 15 min by metro/bus from Barcelona center (Plaza Cataluña) and 15 minutes from the airport by car. Ideal for families, friends or companies (max. 4 pers.). Residential and quiet building in family area. Rest assured. You will have a great views from the private terrace. The price includes: sheets, towels, shampoo, gel, full utensils, coffee and tea (for the first days) and some sweet accompaniment. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, bread toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler and microwave - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. - The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guest - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
