Our guest will find pillow, bed linens, towels, microwave, hairdryer, cooking utensils and a small first-aid kit. We want to help our guest, so we leave some milk, coffee, sugar, salt, shampoo, bath soap, and toilet paper, etc. for them. We always try to welcome our guest and give them a small guide to make their stay in our city special. We also use to go for check out, so we can share their experience. We live just 3 min walking from the apartment, so we will be available for whatever they need.

Hello, we are a couple from San Sebastian with two kids (Víctor & Valeria). We love nature and sports, so we are always planning some excursion in the mountains, or a bike or skate route. We skate all 4! We have always liked to meet new people, whether from here or from other countries and cultures, and the apartment is a great option for that ... And to practice languages! We speak Spanish, Basque, English and German, and now we have started to learn French. We are engineers and work projecting buildings, but since we were dating our idyllic idea of life was to have a small hotel with a diving center in a paradise location (yes, we like many sports, also skiing, snowboarding ...). For now the hotel will have to wait, but the apartment is an illusion for us, because it is also the first home where we live together and where our oldest son spent his first months of life. We love serving our guests, and according to the people who have visited us, that is our greatest strength, the warm treatment we give you. Of course, we give total freedom to our guests, but we are also available if you want to have a drink with us. We are looking forward to meet you!

Our apartment is situated in a neighborhood called Gros, one of the most visited and popular in the city. You just have to cross the road to be on the Zurriola beach. This beach is really appreciated by surfers from all over the world, but in summer it is also full of people who just want to go for a walk, sunbathing, or a nice swim in the sea. In Gros you can find little boutiques, surfers running barefooted and pintxo bars and restaurants, that mix makes Gros special. Just 5 min are needed to arrive to the Kursaal Palace, where the Film Festival is celebrated. Another 2 minutes walking by the sea to visit the Parte Vieja, Victoria Eugenia Theatre or Maria Cristina Hotel, where the actors and actresses use to stay during the Festival. You can find all kind of services on the surroundings of the apartment: supermarkets, pharmacy, garages, etc. It is easy to discover San Sebastian on foot, but there are bus and taxi stop near the apartment. You can even rent a bike or a board in the same street.
