- Due to legal requirement all guests need to introduce, before their arrival, the Personal ID information from everyone staying over and cover a public Tourist tax of 1,15€ per person per night through an online form that we'll be sharing with you. The tourist tax applies to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.

- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.

- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay at Casa Natura. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that legal neighborhood noise levels are respected.

- Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our systems do not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitor the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the property.

- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.

- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.

- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 15€ per stay.

- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€.

- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 35€ cost.

- A minimum age of 25 years old is required to check in.

如您在入住期间对住宿造成损坏，根据此住宿的损毁政策，退房后您可能会被要求支付最高€ 500的赔偿。
