Renovation work is done from 09:30h to 18:30h from Monday to Friday. The front of the building is under renovation.

Please note that it will be necessary to take a picture before the end of the check-out time (11am) confirming the departure. If not, a supplement of 50€/extra hour will be charged as a late check-out fee.

We do not accept young groups under 25 years of age (to avoid parties that are not allowed and to respect the rest of the community)

Dear clients, I must inform you that during the month of January 2024 they will begin to remodel the entire façade of the building, they work from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. during the week. Not on weekends. I have put some photos about it in my ad. I think it won't be a big problem because they don't make noise all the time. I must inform you and be consistent with the situation.
