Upon entry to the apartment you will find the main double bedroom to your left followed by the bathroom which includes both shower and bath facilities. You will then find the open plan kitchen and living area which leads you directly on to the spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool area and beautiful surrounding gardens. The bathroom is equipped with the complimentary use of toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, shower caps, cotton buds, toilet paper, bath towels and beach towels). If your stay with us exceeds 7 nights, we offer a complimentary cleaning service as well as a change of bedding and towels. The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, frappe machine, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and hair dryer. The sofa in the living area can also be converted into a double bed if required.

Cleanliness and service to our Guests are of paramount importance, as you will experience during your stay. This spacious one bedroom apartment is in a central location in the heart of Paphos. If you are not looking to hire a car then this is the perfect spot for you. You will find yourself within walking distance to the Kings Avenue Mall, Paphos harbour, Tombs of the Kings and the Kato Paphos seafront where there are a selection of small beaches. There is also easy access to the local buses. However if you do happen to hire a car, there is a private parking space under cover within the gated complex. There is also access to two large supermarkets for all of your necessities, one within the Mall and the other just opposite from the Mall.

There is a Smart TV with access to Netflix and free wifi. If you have devices with 2 pin chargers, we do provide the adapters for complimentary use. You can also enjoy the use of the exceptionally large communal swimming pool where an umbrella and sun beds are provided. Please note we provide a Complimentary Welcome Pack which includes...
