The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-story block. The apartment has a balcony on the east side and is fully covered with a wooden roof that provides shade most of the day. This balcony is the perfect place for evening relaxation, dinner, and a glass of wine. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities guests normally need at home; it is actually our home. The apartment is large enough for up to 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms with double beds in each and a sofa bed in the living room for two. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets in each, which significantly reduces the morning rush. The apartment is perfect for guests, children are also welcome who are looking for a quiet place with a short drive to the nearby beaches and tourist attractions of Ayia Napa. Guests can use the apartment to work (workcation) and combine holidays with remote work. Internet access is ideal for videoconferencing and sharing work with others.
Alexandros is the apartment manager and he has received the Traveler Review Awards 2021 with a rating of 9.7 on booking. Alexandros says: “My goal is to have happy visitors. I always care about the quality of my guests' holidays. I am always available to them. I love the sea and beach walks. I love listening to music and going on trips in and out of Cyprus." Alexandros cares about all contacts with guests, he speaks English and Greek. His experience of hosting guests means complete satisfaction for his guests. The apartment is a private vacation spot, ideal for spending your free time in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by local people and close to the attractions of Southeast Cyprus. The property is located in the village of Xylophagou on the way from Larnaca Airport (42km) to the most famous seaside resort in Cyprus, Ayia Napa (15km). Despite its proximity to the busy tourist center, Xylophagou is mainly occupied by Cypriots living traditionally. The apartment is located on the edge of the village in a residential area within walking distance of local restaurants such as the Klokkos Tavern which serves traditional Cypriot meze (650m). There are several bars and pubs in the center of the village. The nearby Olamart grocery store is a 9-minute walk or 750m by car from the apartment. On the way to the village center, there are local shops including a bakery, wine shop, post office, bank, and two gas stations. The nearest beach, perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving, with nice nearby fishing spots, is approximately 3.5km by car. For those who prefer sandy beaches, the closest is Liopetri Beach with a restaurant (6km), then famous Makronissos, Landa, and Nissi Beach (12km).
