This wonderful bright studio is freshly made for your to enjoy. Great location between the Opera and the famous Cascade steps gives you direct walking access to top rated places to see, dining options and evening entertainment all at your doorstep. Being on the second floor of a traditional Yerevan building it has a nice balcony over famous Teryan street, right across the street from Tavern Yerevan and 50 meters from circular park with numerous open air cafes, the famous Poplavok cafe with jazz music and amusement park for children. The best nighttime clubs offering live music, dancing and wine/cigar bars are within 10 minutes walk! Эта замечательная квартира-студия совершенно новая (фев. 2019). Удобное расположение между оперным театром и знаменитым Каскадом обеспечивает прямой доступ к самым популярным местам, где вы сможете посетить рестораны, клубы и вечерние развлечения.
