The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room & kitchen and a bathroom. It is a large and very comfortable place for everyone to stay and spend their vacations. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Bars, supermarkets and the train/bus station is located next to the building, the beach is less than 15 minutes away, while the city center is just a 4 minute walk from the apartment. There is free public parking in the premises. The apartment is carefully cleaned and arranged to best suit your needs. The internet connection is fast, over 100 mbps. It is a very stable fiber optics connection, with a 5ghz and 2.4ghz wi-fi band, perfectly suitable for remote work, meetings and more. You will also have access to a 65-inch 4K smart TV.
Located at the most requested area in Durres, the apartment is right next to the Durres main tourist port and ferries terminal, and next to the city central bus and train stations.
