I was a bit cold the first night and got 3 extra blankets. I could have got even more blankets. The kitchen is much better as on the pictures. Jonathan is very helpfull with booking trips and tickets. The center is only a 7 minute walk.

Also with booking a trip to the Corcovado Nationalpark. He found the best tour guide ever for us!

Bolita Trails and Lodging offers accommodation in Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre, 14 km from Puerto Jimenez. The property offers 14 kilometers of hiking trails, adjacent to Corcovado park. I came as a guest and decided to stay as a volunteer. I sincerely enjoyed my time soaking in the nature and wildlife. There is so much hiking you can do, I recommend staying at least a few nights to enjoy it thoroughly. A special thanks to Ron the owner for his kindness and the other volunteers and guests for a beautiful experience. I look forward to coming again!

Located in Pavones, 500 metres from Playa Pavones, Surf Shack Room #1 provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. At the hostel, all rooms are equipped with a terrace. The location was fairly quiet as there wasn't much road traffic going by. There was AC and the shower had hot water, which my wife loved. The kitchen was an ample size and had everything we needed; even Tupperware to keep our extra food so we didn't leave it in the pans. The rooms didn't feel cramped and had shelf space to put our things. The beds we're comfy and the towels were soft. The covered common area outside the kitchen was a great place to eat and for my wife to work. We would stay here again.
