The Valley Tayrona hostel- A unique social jungle hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in El Zaino. Paul and Yael are very kind and made our stay comfortable. we really enjoyed talking with them. The place is beautiful and magical!! The food is excellent. We felt like we have been in the middle of the jungle but with perfect terms and comfortable. Paul and Yael recommend us about a lot of good things to do around. We came just for one night and we couldn't leave so we stayed for one more night!

Located in El Zaino, La Finca Lorena Tayrona features a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Arrived at finca late, I came dying the low season so I was the only person there. As someone with very little Spanish and having been dropped off in the woods by a motor taxi across a river. (they're safe don't worry). I was a little skeptical and thinking "where the hell am I". I was quickly brought to my dorm room, no one was there - after coming from parting in Cali this was needed. I basically paid £9 or 45,000 pesos for a private ensuite Gonzalo looked after me and we had conversations through Google translate. He was so accommodating. Doing laundry, being attentive with delicious food. I would most certainly come back again. Remember to being cash - as most places in Tayrona take cash only. La Fonda were very accommodating and took care and so did Tayrona entrance I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is the essence on tranquil

Origen Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in El Zaino. Featuring a bar, the property is located within 48 km of Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Amazing property, people, vibes food etc. it was the best part of our stay in Colombia and we loved every second at this hotel! Don’t doubt in booking!

Ecolodge Playa Brava Teyumakke offers accommodation in Santa Marta. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. You can play table tennis at this hostel. Everything was great. The tent is spacious and clean and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful (but not good for swimming) and you have your own bathroom, porch with chairs and two beach chairs and sun umbrella only for you at the beach. Towels and soap are also provided. The staff is very friendly and the meals are great.

Posada Ecoturistica Palmares Del Rio is located in Guachaca, 41 km from Santa Marta and 38 km from Taganga. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. The family was very hospitable and the food was good. The river was beautiful and so was a nearby hike to a waterfall.

Set in Buritaca, La Ponderosa Reserve features a garden, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi. The hostel has a private beach area. A vegetarian breakfast is available every morning at the hostel. Very special and loving place! it's all very eco and out in the middle of nowhere so be ready for using compost toilets and encountering a lot of different insects and some spiders

Located in El Zaino, 47 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, Sierra Tayrona hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location was amazing. Next to the river & wildlife. The hut slept really good. Great mosquito protection. Great bed. Its almost you sleep outside but you got enough privacy. Simba the cat and Gardian the dog were really cute and the owner can cook very well. The keyword is tranquillo. Don’t expect much, expect nature and a really great night rest. Even if you love luxurious places you can love this place (ill do). We extended our stay for another day only to relax in the hostel and swim in the river. We used the jacuzzi. In the night you hear crickets and frogs singing and the sound of the river and sometimes you hear monkeys. It’s awesome. If you gonna eat. Don’t go to tiki hut as the pizza’s made us sick.
