Lovely staff, great location, two blocks from the main squer. Decent breakfast. Clean big rooms, slept in a dormitory, in a private bed!! This is not common and it was great.

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of mountain, Tatami Hostel is set in Bucaramanga, 9 km from Acualago Water Park. Nice comfortable room, far from the center but was good for a one night stay. There are many place to eat at walking distance. There is a kitchen to use and warm shower. Nice breakfast can be ordered for a small amount. Owners are very friendly

NOMAD Hostal - Barichara features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Barichara. The hostel offers both free WiFi and free private parking. I absolutely love this place. Flo, a really nice guy has created a really special place. It was so peaceful and a really good place to rest and rejuvenate. Sandra and José are beautiful people, they are so warm and welcoming. The food was amazing. I slept well and ate well!! I really recommend this place its an experience in itself. Located 15mins from Barichara is part of the charm. Its very easy to get a local bus at the top of the road or they can call a rickshaw if you prefer. The scenery on the way is lovely too.

Curití it is a beautiful village with a pleasant climate in Santander, and just a few minutes by car from the lodge. They offer dinner and delicious breakfasts.

Situated in San Gil, Macondo Hostel has a garden, shared lounge, BBQ facilities, and free WiFi throughout the property. One of the best hostels I've been to, the staff helps with everything - all info, booking tickets, you can book all the adventures like rafting, paragliding the day before and they organize everything. The bed was comfortable. The hostel is very social so great if you're traveling alone. And a hot jacuzzi in the evening is a plus :)

My favorite part of La Pacha was their restaurant. They have a fantastic Indian Vegetarian Thali that they do. It is really delicious. It came with rice, chapati, dal, paneer, a veg curry and a really tasty mango chutney. I can vouch for it because I am from India! Great job Justin and Andrea :)
