At the hostel, all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom and a shower, and some units at Casa Salento have a safety deposit box. All rooms at the accommodation are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Room had beautiful views, from two exposures. It was also spacious, with an on-site safe box, and plenty of cupboard space. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. They made a big difference.

The property is in close distance to the bus terminal which made it perfect to travel from Bogota and travel to Salento and back daily. It’s also close to the airport, and the hosts arranged airport stop-off so transportation is super easy! Unlike other hostels close to the bus terminal, this property is on a residential street and is super quiet and very safe neighborhood. The hosts are amazing, very helpful and friendly, we felt like we were staying at our grandparents’ house :) They accommodated early check-in and were already waiting for us at 6 am in the morning! Couldn’t have asked for more.
